1.How to ensure product quality? Can you provide third-party independent test reports for the products you sell?
Under normal circumstances, our products must be tested by a third-party testing agency to prove that the product quality meets the standards before they can be sold. We can also provide the test report to the customer, and the customer can also test the product by themselves. If the test result shows that the product quality or If the purity does not meet the standards, the testing costs will be borne by us, and we will apply for a refund for the customer.
2.What payment methods are supported?
We support bank transfer, credit card transfer, Bitcoin, Western Union and other payment methods.
3.When will it be shipped?
Orders will take about 2 working days to be shipped after payment; for orders of more than 100 boxes, it will take about 3 working days to be shipped after payment.
4.How to ship?
We cooperate with professional express agents, such as USPS, UPS, Uniuni, FEDEX, etc., to air freight packages to the customer's country.
5.Can I specify express delivery?
We support designated carriers, but the transportation risks caused by the customer's designated carrier are borne by the customer.
6.How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
For European and American countries: After the package passes the customs of the customer's country, it can usually be delivered in 3 to 6 working days.
Other countries: usually delivered within 8~15 working days

7.What is your transshipment policy if customs or other delivery issues arise?
If the package has been shipped and has not been detained by customs, but the package takes a long time to ship due to customs issues, no refund is supported.
If the package is confirmed to be detained by customs, we will resend it for free.
However, if the address provided by the customer is wrong (such as wrong zip code, wrong phone number, or the package is lost or stolen after it is delivered to the mailbox due to failure to collect it in time), we will not provide free re-shipping service.
8.How quickly do you respond to questions?
During working hours on working days, we will reply to customer emails/messages within 10 minutes. During the rest of the time, we will reply immediately after seeing customer emails/messages during work. If due to time difference, we will reply within 8 hours.
